Die HOCHKÖNIGIN in Maria Alm offers 76 rooms and suites. Options include studios, suites with mountain views, and Penthouse Spa Suites with a private pine wood sauna and double bathtub. The SÜDFLÜGEL studio is 30 m² and has a south-facing mini loggia. WESTFLÜGEL studios are 35 m² and include a double bed, a sofa bed, and a west-facing mini-loggia with views of the Steinernes Meer. COMFORT Suites are 43 m² and feature wood floors and a ground-floor terrace. PREMIUM Suites are 56 m² with separable living and sleeping areas and a balcony. SKY Suites are located on the top floor and have a balcony. STAR Suites are 64 m² with two loggias. The Penthouse FAMILY & FRIENDS Suite is 87 m² and includes two bedrooms. Amenities in all rooms include free toiletries, bathrobes, walk-in showers, hairdryers, seating areas, wardrobes, and flat-screen TVs with cable channels.

The HOCHKÖNIGIN provides a gourmet breakfast buffet from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., including breads, meat and sausage from the farm, Alpine cheese, organic egg dishes, and fresh juices. The QUEEN SNACK is available from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., featuring salads, Salzburg snacks, soup, and pastries. A six-course gourmet menu (vegetarian options available) is served in the evening from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., along with a cheese assortment and ice cream. Gourmet meat is available in two places in Maria Alm: when dining at the HOCHKÖNIGIN and in DENGL ALM.

The QUEEN SPA features an adults-only area with an infinity outdoor pool (open in winter from 7:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.) and saunas. The FAMILY SPA includes a sauna, an indoor pool, steam baths, and relaxation areas. Massages and treatments are available for a fee. There is also a KIDDYZONE with a craft corner, library, and air hockey table. The FUN ARENA offers a climbing wall and ball pool. The infinity outdoor pool including relaxation areas on the second floor is open to families. Saunas are open from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for guests aged 16 and above. If the weather is bad, the saunas are available from 10:00 a.m. The event sauna is open in winter from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The FAMILY SPA is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for families with children. The saunas and steam baths in the FAMILY SPA are available from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Die HOCHKÖNIGIN is located in Maria Alm, near the pilgrims' church. Hiking trails and mountain bike tours start in Maria Alm, near the hotel. One of hikes leads to the Krimml Waterfalls. The Hochkönig resort of the Ski amadé area, with 120 kilometers of pistes, is near the HOCHKÖNIGIN. W. A. Mozart Airport in Salzburg is 70 km away.

Die HOCHKÖNIGIN provides free hiking buses and access to public transport within the Pinzgau area. Baby and children's equipment such as high chairs, cots, baby monitors, and children's bathrobes are available. Farm animals can be found at the EBENGUT organic farm. Free parking is available directly in front of the resort. The hotel offers a pick-up service from Saalfelden train station. There are charging stations for electric vehicles (€25.00 per charge).
